Plant chores, but make them a vibe! My Sunday mornings are typically slow, a weekly reset, and full of soul care. Watering my plant collection is a big part of that soul care. It soothes me, and keeps me grounded. Add in a journaling session, some meal planning, and a cup of coffee and I feel ready for the week. Sometimes I have music playing, listen to an audiobook, or just enjoy the silence. It’s a whole soul care session y’all! Do you reset on Sunday?
